Terms and conditions

  • By signing up my child/s to participate in this 10 Week Development Program, I agree to make payment of the Program Fee in advance to North Star FC.
    10 week program includes any school holidays & public holidays which may fall during the program dates.
    I also agree to meet any additional costs for illness, injury, accident or unforeseen circumstances which may occur during the period of the activities in which my child/s participates as may be deemed necessary.
    I understand if a session is rained out that it will not be made up.
    I agree to allow the Coaches to perform their role without interference , in accordance with Football Australia coaching ethics.
    I will not hold the North Star Football Club responsible for any injury, accident or unforeseen circumstance endured by my child/s whilst taking part in this 10 Week Development Program.
    I agree that the operators of the 10 Week Development Program are able to change the venues during the event at short notice if the requirement arises.
